FAMILY MATCHING SWIMSUITS FROM YAFFI FASHION

January 26, 2019 WEEKEND SHOE SHOPPING AT SHOE CARNIVAL
My weekdays are spent working long hours as both mommy and a blogger so on weekends I like to spend time with family and go shopping! Last weekend I took my family to Shoe Carnival located in Miami Gardens, FL where we went a little crazy 🙂 This was our first time in this store and I was very surprised how many designer shoes they had. You can find famous brands like Nike, Puma, Converse and Adidas to name a few as well as dressy heels and cute accessories. The first thing I noticed is how clean and neat the store looks which is not very typical for a shoe store. Then you see dozens of floor-to-ceiling shelves filled with colorful shoeboxes and you realize that you are in shoe heaven! Shoe Carnival is organized into Men, Women and Kids section so it makes it super easy to find your desired style. Moreover, the boxes are neatly color coordinated with all the sizes available and easily reachable. I tried on a few dressy stilettos, some flats and a lot of sneakers before moving to a Kid’s section where Sophie had way too much fun trying on just about anything she laid her eyes on :p If you are following me on Instagram, then you know that we have a thing for “mommy and me” matching clothing and shoes. I was amazed how many family-matching pairs we found in different colors and styles! The staff at Shoe Carnival was very helpful with bringing us sizes, new styles and helping us choose our favorites throughout our visit. That weekend there was an amazing deal in store so we left home with 5 pairs of shoes and big smiles)

These red Adults Converse Chuck Taylor High Tops and Kids Converse Chuck Taylorsneakers stole our hearts! They are not thick but with added socks they can be perfect for both cold and warm weather. They are very comfortable, stylish and fun and I styled them with white biker shorts and crop sweaters for one of our outings with Sophie. At Shoe Carnival they also have them in color White but we decided to go with Red as they don’t stain as much and easier to clean (plus red is my favorite color!).
Nike is one of my favorite sporty Brand so I was very excited to take these Nike Tanjunsneakers home! They have to be the lightest and most comfortable sneakers I own and you can literally spend all day running around in them. I use them for working out, running errands and going to the playground. These Nike Tanjunsneakers come in many different colors and since I wear a lot of colorful outfits I decided on this beautiful pink color.

HOW TO GET THE BIGGEST CLEAVAGE WITH UPBRA
Hello ladies,
You may have been born with the perfectly shaped breasts that never sag (wait until you have a baby! haha) or you may be one of the 95% of girls that have some kind of struggle with their set of twins 😉
First of all, let me say that you are all beautiful no matter what form or shape you are, but without our issues there would be no push up bras and there would be no need for this post. Personally, after giving birth my breast didn’t take such a bad turn as I anticipated but they did go more south (ugh). Therefore, when I wear a tight dress I love to have a push up bra to give me more curves. Recently I had a chance to review push up bras from Upbra and I found that it gives you the BIGGEST cleavage I have ever had. But there is more to push up bras then just cleavage so I break it down for you below.
Comfort:
When I first touched the padding I was concerned that it would feel heavy and bulky on the breasts but that was not the case. In fact, once the bra is on me I don’t feel it much and it feels snug and firm on my bust. I can wear it under an evening dress as well as a casual t-shirt and still feel sexy and comfortable.
Design:
As much as I love lace and embroidery I absolutely hate the look of it under a shirt or a tight dress. Therefore, I was super happy with the seamless design of Upbra. It lays flat and undetectable under any clothing piece and feels like your second skin. But here is the coolest part of their design- adjustable cleavage control straps! They are concealed within the cups and by pulling on them they create the cleavage of your desire from light effect to va-va- voom!
Fit:
Upbra‘s sizes vary from A to DD cups and from 32 to 38 inches band. I love how the company stands behind their promise of the “Perfect Fit” and sends you material with tips and tutorials and if your bra doesn’t fit as it should they urge you to exchange it for a different size. Upbra believes that as long as you can take your hands and create a cleavage with your hands then the bra can work for you! When I wear their bras I look like Im breastfeeding again as the lift I get is hard to miss. If you want to get a similar effect then you might want to give them a try! I also love their range of t-shirt bras and strapless bras available and now they came out with the push up sports bras and swimsuits (I’m super excited for those!).

MOMMY AND ME STYLES

If you follow me on Instagram (and if you don’t you should! haha- @o_manzanita) then you might have noticed how much I like matching with my little boo. There is something about mommy and daughter clothes that make you bond more, draw attention and make adorable photos that you will cherish for many years to come. For this reason this style has been trending for awhile and I have been getting a lot of questions lately on where I buy the cute matching dresses and swimsuits. Therefore, I decided to compile a list of my favorite stores and share with you some of my favorite styles! (you can also find direct links throughout and at the bottom of this post)

There is nothing cuter than going to the beach with your baby girl in matching bikinis. Here in Miami we practically live on the beach so I have tons of matching swimsuits, but at this time I will only mention a few. PilyQ swim make a lot of separates in matching or similar prints for mommy and baby or toddler. Their fun styles can be a lovely pineapple print, neon design or exotic Hawaiian that we are wearing in my pictures. Make sure to size up for your baby girl as their sizes run a bit small (tip: my boo is 8 months and she is wearing a size 2!)
2. LILLY PULITZER:
I’m obsessed with colorful clothes, places, food…basically anything that is bright, full of life and gives you positive energy. For this reason I am truly obsessed with Lilly’s designs that are so colorful, trendy and cute. She has many prints to choose from, lots of matching styles and amazing quality. You will definitely get a good use out of those clothes as you can wear them to so many different occasions and once your little one grows out of her dress you will surely find another style in the same print in her new size.
3. MADEMOISELLE LOUISE (ETSY):
If you like to customize your swimsuits or add something extra then this store is for you! The swimsuits are handmade here in Miami, you can request to change some things like the colors/prints, add on a special something or ask for a custom size. This shop has different variety of one piece swimsuits for mommy and daughter of any age.

Living in Miami we get hot and humid weather most of the time so I don’t get to wear jeans often. But once in awhile when the cold days surprise us I get excited to bundle up in a sweater, a scarf, and those destroyed denim that go so well with everything. There are so many different styles of distressed jeans now: the skinny, the boyfriend, the cropped, the cuffed…and we can all agree that they are must haves this season. SPRING FASHION STYLES 2017
Hello ladies,
The first week of Spring is finally here and in no time the flowers will be blooming and the layers of clothes will be peeled off. With all the changes comes a new desire to wear something new, something short and something colorful! I researched many stores for you girls to find the latest trends for this Spring 2017 from casual to going out to special occasion.
First, lets talk about patterns. The colors fuchsia and light purple are dominating this year. The fabric pattern Gingham is still going strong with its off shoulder style and bubble sleeves detail. The additions to the trend this year are the flared long sleeves and flow fabrics that look super flattering on the body.
Pair up those styles with colorful woven dangling earrings or tropical tassel charms, a pair of fury flats or sandals and a statement clutch.
Whatever you choose to wear this Spring I am sure you will look fabulous.
